Empidia Foreign Employment Hub
1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Empidia Foreign Employment Hub website and services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work abroad. All information must be accurate.
3. Recruitment Services
- We are a licensed foreign employment agency under SLBFE
- Our fee structure will be explained to you in full transparency before any commitment. Any applicable charges are communicated upfront.
- Government-mandated fees (medical examinations, visa stamping, passport processing) are the candidate's responsibility as required by law.
- We do not guarantee job placement or visa approval
4. Employer Services
Employers must provide accurate job descriptions and contract terms. Replacement guarantees are subject to signed service agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Empidia is not liable for employer actions after placement, visa rejections by foreign governments, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
